LBBC Security Policy

LBBC uses PayPal exclusively for its online credit card transactions. Paypal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the PayPal are secured payments.

Ordering Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. All orders will be delivered in alignment with our next delivery day based on the scheduling reported on our website.

We can organise a delivery of your order within the local geographical area shown on our website at a flat fee of $10 charged at checkout.

All orders are frozen and should be treated as such.   We recommend that you leave out a cold storage item such as an esky or cooler bag if you are not going to be home during the arrival of your order per our delivery schedule. LBBC cannot help you if the product melts or spoils subsequent to delivery and is not the responsibility of LBBC.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 5 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at hello@littlebonebrothco.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been already consumed, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you contact us to arrange returning in person. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and; therefore advise you take care and think about how you will transport your broth order. LBBC will not be responsible for damaged in transit.
